Refundable Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is collected as part of your booking at Lighthouse Villa. It will be returned after check-out once our team has completed a routine inspection of the villa. Should there be any accidental damage, breakage, loss, or additional cleaning required during your stay, the relevant cost may be adjusted from the deposit. We simply request that you enjoy the villa and care for it as you would your own home. Thank you for helping us keep Lighthouse Villa welcoming and beautiful for every guest. 🌿
No — Lighthouse Villa is booked whole, for one party at a time. There are no shared spaces and no other guests, so the entire villa and grounds are yours for the length of your stay.

We're sorry — the villa isn't set up to host pets. We know that's a disappointment if they normally travel with you, so we'd rather say so now than after you've made plans.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across the bedrooms and common areas.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need different timings, ask us when you enquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Rates start at ₹16,500 per night on weekdays (Sun–Thu) and ₹18,000 per night on weekends (Fri–Sat). Rates may vary on select holidays — share your dates for an exact quote.
Cancel seven or more days before check-in and you get a full refund, deposit included. Less than seven days and the deposit is retained, since the dates are usually too close to re-let. If you'd rather move your dates than cancel, talk to us — we'll shift them if the villa is free.
