To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you treat our home and belongings with care. Please review our damage policy below:
🚫 Damage & Breakage
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, or any items provided during their stay.
• Minor accidental breakage (e.g., a glass or plate) will usually not be charged, but please inform us immediately.
• Significant or intentional damage will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
🧾 Charges & Deposits
• In the event of damage, the guest may be billed separately or the amount may be deducted from the security deposit (if applicable).
• An invoice or estimate will be provided for transparency.
• Failure to report damage may result in additional penalties or denial of future bookings.
🔐 Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit of ₹[10,000/-] may be collected at check-in and returned at check-out, subject to inspection.
🧼 Additional Cleaning
• If the property is left in an excessively dirty or damaged condition, an extra cleaning feemay be charged.
