• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• No parties or events allowed unless pre-approved.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
🚭 Smoking, Alcohol & Substances
• No smoking inside the property. You may use designated outdoor smoking areas.
• Consumption of alcohol is allowed in moderation and should not disturb others.
• No illegal drugs or substances are permitted.
🧹 Cleanliness
• Please keep the space clean and tidy.
• Dispose of garbage properly in the bins provided.
• Do not eat or store food in the bedrooms (unless specified otherwise).
🛏️ Rooms & Facilities
• Towels and linens are provided; please do not use them for cleaning or outside use.
• Use appliances and amenities responsibly.
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately.
🔐 Security
• Always lock the doors and windows when you go out.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

• Pets are NOT allowed.
